What the Heck is Assigned Pooling?

Have you ever been in a yarn shop and found a yummy hank of yarn that was primarily one color with splashes of another? You discovered a yarn perfect for the technique of assigned pooling!

With Jan’s guidance you will choose your assigned pooling stitch and a basic shawl or scarf pattern you enjoy! In this class you will learn how to knit magic using assigned pooling techniques; several stitches to provide texture, including the floret cluster, spool stitch and sprout; and how to accept and work with ambiguity.

Required Materials:
At least one hank of Wonderland Yarn’s Colorburst Collection
Size 4-6 needles (bring a few to find a fabric you like)
Stitch markers (optional)
Tapestry needle
