In this two-session class, you'll knit an elegant lace scarf with just a touch of sparkle from delicate beads. Don't let the words lace and beads intimidate you: the lace is worked in an easy-to-follow 8-row repeat, and we'll teach you exactly how to add the beads as you knit. Once you get into the rhythm, this is a wonderfully satisfying project.
For an incredibly soft, light-as-air scarf, we recommend Fyberspates Cumulus, a luxurious baby Suri alpaca and silk yarn with a beautiful halo and drape. If you prefer more stitch definition and a slightly more substantial scarf, Stolen Stitches Nua Sport is another lovely option.

- 174 size 6 beads (we recommend stopping at The Bead Box in Tecumseh!)
- US 7 / 4.5 mm knitting needles, or size needed for gauge
- Approximately 1.15 mm steel crochet hook for adding beads
- Stitch markers, scissors, and tapestry needle
