Keystone from Kelbourne Woolens is a classic, easy-care worsted weight yarn designed for the projects that are meant to be made, worn, washed, loved, and used. A blend of North American wool and deadstock acrylic gives it the warmth and character of wool with the durability, easy care, and affordability of acrylic.

It's a great choice for everyday sweaters and accessories, kids' and baby projects, blankets, pet sweaters, gift knitting, and charity projects—especially when you need a dependable yarn that won't make a large project prohibitively expensive.

There's a pretty great story behind it, too. The wool is the same North American wool used in Kelbourne Woolens' Germantown, while the acrylic comes from more than 59,000 pounds of unused fiber sitting at their mill. By putting that existing fiber to work instead of producing something new, Keystone makes practical use of material that might otherwise have gone to waste. And the entire yarn is made in the USA.

When will my order ship?
We will package and ship your order within 1-3 business days.

Can I pick up my order in the shop?
Yes! Just select pick-up at check-out. We will hold your order for twenty business days. If you have not picked up your order by then, we will refund your money and the items purchased will be returned to our inventory.

Who do you use for shipping?
We currently use USPS for shipping.

How much is shipping?
We charge a Flat Rate shipping fee of $7.99 for orders under $75. Orders over $75 ship free.

Do you ship outside the US
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship outside of the United States. If you would like to make a special request for an international delivery, please contact us.

What is your return policy?
Unused items in their original condition can be returned in store or through the mail within 30 days of purchase with receipt or invoice. Clearance items, books, magazines and patterns are not returnable.

If a needle or hook is defective, please contact us and we will work with you and the manufacturer to get a replacement.

Can I return yarn?
Unused yarn in its original condition can be returned in store with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Or you can send back any unused yarn in its original condition with a copy of your invoice within 30 days of purchase to:
