In this two-session class, we'll knit a beautiful Arne & Carlos Christmas Ball while building your stranded colorwork skills. Your class includes a copy of 65 New Christmas Balls to Knit by Arne & Carlos, filled with 65 Scandinavian-inspired ornament designs. Choose a design that speaks to you—and when class is over, you'll have everything you need to knit an entire collection!
Over two weeks, we'll work through the Christmas ball construction, reading colorwork charts, managing two colors of yarn, maintaining good colorwork tension, shaping your ornament, and stuffing and finishing your ball.
Skill Level: Intermediate–Advanced. Students should already be comfortable knitting in the round and using DPNs or another method for small-circumference knitting. The difficulty of your colorwork will depend on the ornament you choose.

You'll Need:
- DK-weight yarn in your choice of colors, purchased at Tink & The Frog
- US 4 DPNs (or your preferred method for small-circumference knitting)
- Stitch markers, tapestry needle & scissors
