When will my order ship?
What are my payment options?
Online we accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay for some purchases. In the store we accept credit cards, cash, check, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Can I pick up my order in the shop?
Yes! When you order online just select store pick-up. We will hold your order for 10 business days. If you have not picked up your order by then, we will refund your money and the items purchased will be returned to our inventory.
Who do you use for shipping?
We use USPS for shipping.
How much is shipping?
We offer flat-rate rate shipping at $7.99. Orders over $75 ship free!
How much do I have to spend to get free shipping?
Will my yarn order come from the same dye lot?
Whenever possible, we will put together orders from the same dye lot. If we don’t have the quantity you ordered in a single dye lot, we will contact you to discuss options.
How do I purchase and/or redeem gift cards?
Electronic gift cards can be purchased online or in the store. To redeem your gift card online, have your gift card handy and follow the steps at check-out. To redeem in the store, we will scan your gift card at check-out.
What does it mean if my item is backordered?
Can I purchase patterns through your store via Ravelry?
Yes! Purchasing patterns through our shop on Ravelry helps support our store and we sincerely appreciate it. Visit our store page here: https://www.ravelry.com/shops/tink–the-frog—yarn-shop. Click “buy in store” to purchase through our shop.
Can I purchase Ravelry patterns through your store?
Can I return yarn?
Or you can send back any unused yarn in its original condition with a copy of your invoice within 30 days to:

Please note that yarn which has been wound cannot be returned, as it is not in its original condition.
What is your return policy?
Unused items in their original condition can be returned in store or through the mail within 30 days of purchase with receipt or invoice. Clearanced items, books, magazines and patterns are not returnable.

Our Events Calendar lists all of our classes, social stitching and events. You can also subscribe to our email list.
Is there drop-in social stitching?
Can kids learn how to knit or crochet?
What is your class cancellation policy?
What if I want to withdraw from a class?
For a full refund, withdraw prior to one week before the class begins by calling us at 517-759-3990.
I would like to teach a class. Who should I contact?
Send us a message using the Contact Us form or contact Michelle at firstname.lastname@example.org. We recommend including relevant experience for both the craft and teaching in your message.
I am interested in creating store samples. Who should I contact?

Can you rescue my project?
Yes! Bring your project and pattern and we will take a look. If it’s a small fix, we can advise you or correct it any time. If it’s more involved we will set it aside for one of our experts. We will contact you with a cost estimate for the repair as soon as possible.
Do you wind yarn?
Yes, we will wind your yarn for you! If you purchase yarn in-store, just let us know. If your purchase is online, select “Yes, please wind my yarn!” and leave a note during check-out. Please note, yarn which has been wound cannot be returned.
