Please note that yarn which has been wound cannot be returned, as it is not in its original condition.
What is your return policy?
Unused items in their original condition can be returned in store or through the mail within 30 days of purchase with receipt or invoice. Clearanced items, books, magazines and patterns are not returnable.
If a needle or hook is defective, please contact us or call 517-759-3990 and we will work with you and the manufacturer to get a replacement.

What if I want to withdraw from a class?
For a full refund, withdraw prior to one week before the class begins by calling us at 517-759-3990.

Yes! Contact us or call 517-759-3990 and we will set up a day and time for you to come in to shop. Or, you can shop online at any time – you can pick up for free, or we will ship to you.
