New Zodiac Collection from Malabrigo!
New from Malabrigo is the Zodiac Collection! These stunning 12 new colorways are inspired by the zodiac signs and their interpretation. Flor, Malabrigo’s in-house designer, is passionate about astrology and used key aspects of personality attributes of each sign when developing mood boards and color palette of this beautiful collection.

The Zodiac Collection is dyed on Malabigo’s most popular base, Rios. Soft, strong, and washable, Rios is a 4-ply premium superwash merino that is a stash staple.  The plies help resist pilling and washability makes it fantastic for frequently-worn garments, housewares and children or baby clothes. It’s super soft and great for next-to-the-skin wear. With a collection of vibrant colors and unbelievable squish, Malabrigo Rios is one of our top-selling yarns.
We carry all 12 colors of the Zodiac Collection, plus lots more!

Wondering what to make with Rios? We have some great suggestions to get your gears turning!
Killer Queen Cowl by Lyrical Knits:
Lyrical Knits is known for her fun pop-culture themed patterns, and Killer Queen is no exception! Named after Michelle’s favorite Queen song (a little trivia nugget for you!), this easy-to-style cowl will be a hit in your wardrobe.
Nightshift by Andrea Mowry
This viral pattern would be delightfully squishy in Rios! Mosaic knitting means this shawl is doubly thick and warm, perfect for wrapping up next to a fire with some hot tea or cocoa. You only work with one color at a time, so this project is engaging but simple enough to bring to social stitching.
Ivy Crochet Hat by Liudmyla Hefny
This beautiful ivy beany is crocheted flat with repeating panels connecting as you go. What a squishy and fun hat!
Flax by Tin Can Knits by Tin Can Knits
This size-inclusive and well-written pattern is a great first sweater and is sized from baby to 6XL. Â Simple raglan shaping and a little garter detail on the sleeves leaves this sweater easily customizable with color-blocking, stripes and more!
The Habitat Cardigan by Jess Coppom
This figure-flattering cardigan covers your bottom and is made with a simple rectangle. Lots of positive ease and dolman sleeves makes this a roomy wrap for cool weather. The pattern includes tutorials making this cardigan (almost) as easy to make as it is to wear.
